Ok, I woke up extremely early, before 8am! On a holiday! This is weird and I actually set my alarm for 8.30am. Am I that excited for my dentist appointment? So excited that I couldn’t wait to become conscious?
Or was it the moscato? I’ve actually been having a few glasses of wine and moscato for the past week – thanks lockdown. I’ve noticed that my sleeping habits has changed as I find it hard to sleep earlier. In fact, this is why I’ve been binging dramas till the early morning. It’s because I couldn’t sleep!
Usually alcohol can make you sleepy, but it can also keep you awake. I’ve also woken up a couple of times in the middle of the night..
I’m going to not drink for the rest of the week to see if there’s a difference when I sleep.
Plus, I received an update for the school situation from my HT. Looks like I don’t need to come in physically to work and can just WFH!
I’m ecstatic as I need this extra week to ease myself back into the school routine.
I guess the day is just getting better as even the bees have come out to play!
