“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”
She is so right. I’m a fan of Woolf’s text and no wonder why – she is a foodie, just like me! Those who enjoy eating will definitely have a greater pleasure in enjoying their life to the fullest! But what greater pleasure than to explore new places to widen your options of where you can go and recommend new, but tasty meals?
This Bronze Kiosk is located on the north end of Mona Vale Beach and is heavily visited by locals. As a true Aussie, I love my fish and chips, and whenever I’m at the beach, it’s always my go-to. I wouldn’t mind mixing it up a bit from time to time, but I kind of judge new places by how well their fish and chips are.
Firstly, their portion size clearly didn’t disappoint especially since it was my first meal of the day. The chips were crunchy and went perfectly well with their tartare sauce. I love the battered fish as it wasn’t drenched in oil. This was such an upgrade from the previous fish and chips I had at Balmoral’s Bathers’ Pavillion which got my throat sore and I was sick for a few days 😦
We ordered rosé to go with our meals and I’m so glad it is legal to day drink – perfect weather as well!
However, I find the cost a bit pricey especially for that small glass of rosé! It was nice though and a small price to pay to eat out 🙂
