I’m always delighted whenever I come here because I know I can never be disappointed with the food!
We arrived just right on 2.30pm and managed to order our meals!!! Luckily we did because the last order is at that time. The couple that came a few minutes after us were unfortunately turned away, so we were lucky.
The mix don comes with miso soup which is always a good way to start off your meal! With mix don it is half ebi (prawns) and chicken katsu tempura. There is also nicely fried eggs on top, with a bed of rice underneath.
The negi miso is in a chilli and soybean soup – perfect for the cold weather! It wasn’t too spicy and you can definitely add in more chilli flakes if you want! There’s also vegetables and roast pork included in this dish 🙂
Mix don $16 Negi Miso $16.5
As usual, we were wholly satisfied. If only I have more stomachs to eat the menu! I would’ve loved to order their gyozas but I know I wouldn’t be able to finish everything (that’s what happened last time). Their portions are generous and ordering one is definitely a huge meal for an average-sized person!
