KBBQ has always been on my mind and I never sick of it. This time, I’ve ventured to a place I’ve never been before – Lidcombe. The last time I had KBBQ was in January in Korea…wait…I think Eastwood but it was also around Jan/Feb when I came back. Still…it was many many months ago! 😦
Just an FYI, it is vital to book for restaurants especially in the weekend as people are now all coming out to celebrate post-lockdown with food! And I’m one of them. Luckily we booked as those who didn’t had to watch us all eat for hours!
Anyways, I have to say that this is the first time I’m in a restaurant that had this kind of Itaewon Class set-up with the silver round tables.
This is also the first restaurant I’ve been to which serves intestines (pictured both rounds) and although it has that smell, its not bad once you add it with ssamjang. This should also be cooked the longest until its very crispy – tastes much better that way.
We also ordered chicken with chips which was both cooked perfectly well, as well as my fave seafood pancake!
