Of course this was before our lockdown when we had this feast. It was a few years since I last stepped foot into this place, and its still as popular as ever.
We were seated upstairs and immediately ordered food!
We ordered a variety of dishes including seafood pancake ($17), yuk hwe ($20), kimchi jiggae ($18), and our BBQ meat:
- Thick sliced pork belly with whole kimchi $24
- Ox tongue $21
- Marinated octopus $18
- Marinated beef short ribs $28
Definitely an amazing night and I got to try the raw beef salad for the first time! I didn’t get to try this in Korea, had the live octopus instead (which was amazing!). The raw beef was a bit weird…in fact, I cooked it on the stove instead ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ.
I’m glad I at least tried it, but I know I wouldn’t order it again.
Otherwise, for the meat, LOVED!
