We took a few detours to finally arrive at this cosy cafe. It’s quite small but is perfect for brunch dates and small meet ups with family and friends.
I decided to try this place bevause:
1. Close to home
2. Good reviews
3. It’s healthy!
I love how their menu changes according to the seasons which shows that they do care about their customers and want to make sure that our taste buds are always satisfied depending on the weather.
Their menu had a lot of options and it was really hard to choose one to eat. In the end, I settled for Savoury Waffles which consisted of smoked salmon, gluten free waffles, poached eggs, kaleonaise sauce, cherry tomatoes and sesame seeds.
Overall, a very healthy but hearty meal! This place was a bit too healthy for my friend who ate the burger but I enjoyed it. I guess its because I’ve been eating healthy for so many years and I love that it was not greasy, and not too oily. I was also surprised that for $20, the cuts of salmon were not thin and small (good for them!) and that the eggs were still runny on the inside!
Would definitely come back here again, but, with another friend hahas.
