We’ve lived near Baulkham Hills for so many years and never set foot in this place. We always talked about going here every time we drove past and I guess today was the day.
We walked in and was surprised by the decor. It was modern with a bit of Aussie rustic-ness but a very welcoming atmosphere. They had Chef’s Specials and particular specials of the day for most of the days of the week (but not on the day we went). Besides those, their menu boasts a good variety of foods we could choose from. They also have a selection of different salads from the salad bar which we had the freedom to plate (if you purchase the plates).
There were bars around the restaurant which you can purchase your favourite alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
Our food did not take too long to wait and once the buzzer we were given made a sound, we were off to collect our meals from the counter.
I enjoyed my meals and it was a pleasant experience. Generous servings especially for the chips as they were so many! I think it was the first time I did not eat all of my chips because there were simply too much!
I loved the tartare sauce (I think they made it themselves) and even the salad we collected from the salad bar! The potato salad was a bit off but the best was the Tzatziki salad, beetroots and chickpeas salad!
